Pushenvoy Technologies (“we”, “us”, or “our”) treats your creative media, uploaded footage, and voice recordings with maximum confidentiality. We enforce strict encryption and contractual safeguards: your private voice samples, prompts, and videos are NEVER used to train foundational AI models.
01Overview & Scope
This Privacy Policy describes our practices regarding the collection, storage, processing, transfer, and disclosure of personal data when you interact with DubEnvoy, including:
- Our Web Studio application at apps.dubenvoy.com and website at dubenvoy.com.
- Our mobile applications for iOS (App Store: DubEnvoy) and Android (Google Play Store: com.dubpro.translator).
- Our developer APIs, webhook endpoints, and translation rendering services.
By accessing or using DubEnvoy, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the practices detailed in this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.
02Information We Collect
We collect information in several ways depending on how you engage with our Service:
A. Account & Identity Data
When you register or authenticate via Google OAuth, Apple Sign-In, or email, we collect your name, email address, avatar/profile image, user ID, and encrypted password hash (if registering directly).
B. Media Assets & Voice Input
When you submit dubbing projects, we ingest your uploaded video files (MP4, MOV, WebM), audio tracks (MP3, WAV), voice recordings, video URLs (e.g., YouTube/social links), custom glossaries, and localized subtitle transcripts.
C. Transaction & Billing Data
When you subscribe or purchase credits, our PCI-DSS compliant third-party payment processors (Stripe, Paystack, Apple App Store, Google Play Store) collect billing details. We store only transactional metadata (transaction ID, plan tier, credit balances, purchase timestamp, IP address, and currency).
D. Technical & Device Information
IP address, device model, operating system version, browser type, preferred language settings, network provider, crash logs via Sentry, and session metrics via Firebase.
03AI Generation, Voice & Media Processing
DubEnvoy utilizes machine learning and deep neural networks to extract spoken dialogue, translate language semantics, synthesize cloned voice audio matching vocal timbre, and re-animate lip movements.
Voice embeddings derived from your audio samples are treated as sensitive biometric vocal data. They are generated solely for executing your translation requests in your requested target languages and are protected with AES-256 encryption. We never sell, broker, or monetize your vocal likeness.
04How We Use Your Information
Pushenvoy Technologies processes personal information for the following legitimate purposes:
- Core Service Fulfillment: Rendering multilingual video translations, synthetic audio tracks, synchronized subtitles, and lip-sync alignment.
- Account & Wallet Management: Tracking subscription renewals, credit deductions, project history, and order logs.
- Customer Support & Communication: Responding to help requests, sending transactional alerts, order receipts, and operational service notifications.
- Platform Security & Fraud Prevention: Monitoring system health, detecting unauthorized access, preventing payment fraud, and executing automated content moderation.
- Service Optimization: Aggregating anonymized latency, rendering speeds, and performance metrics to improve platform stability.
06Equal Protection & Zero AI Training Guarantee
Verified Equal Protection Standard
Pushenvoy Technologies rigorously audits the data privacy and security terms of all third-party AI partners. We contractually require that each partner provides equal data protection, utilizes end-to-end encryption, processes your audio/video solely to fulfill your immediate generation job, and is strictly prohibited from retaining, sharing, or using your content to train foundational AI models.
07In-App Advertising (Google AdMob)
Our free mobile apps may display advertisements served by Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and process device identifiers (such as Apple IDFA or Google Android Advertising ID), coarse location data, and ad engagement statistics to serve personalized or contextual advertisements.
How to Control Personalized Ad Preferences:
- iOS Devices: Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising → Toggle off “Personalized Ads”.
- Android Devices: Open Settings → Google → Ads / Privacy → Delete or reset your Advertising ID.
- Google Web Settings: Manage your cross-platform ad preferences at adssettings.google.com.
08Data Security & Encryption
We maintain enterprise-grade technical, physical, and administrative safeguards designed to protect your data:
- Encryption in Transit: All data transmissions between your browser/app and our servers use TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption.
- Encryption at Rest: Cloud video files, audio segments, and database tables are encrypted with industry-standard AES-256.
- Strict Access Control: Direct access to user media is strictly restricted to automated processing microservices and isolated rendering workers.
09Data Retention & 90-Day GDPR Purge
We retain your profile data, project history, and generated files for as long as your account remains active.
Account Deletion Standard: When you request the deletion of your account (via in-app settings or emailing support@pushenvoy.com), your account is flagged for deletion.
All personal data, voice clone assets, source media, and generated videos will be permanently purged from active production servers within ninety (90) days.
10Your Privacy Rights (GDPR & CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on your geographic jurisdiction (such as the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California), you hold the following rights:

11Children's Privacy
DubEnvoy is intended for adults and professional creators. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or process personal data from children under the age of 16.
